Return Terms
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date .
- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, i.e. undamaged, unused and with all original labels intact.
Return Costs
- The return is at the customer's expense , but we can offer you a prepaid return label at a cost of 5 euros .
- The return label will be provided by our customer service and must be used to send the product back.
Reimbursement
- The refund will be made within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned product.
- The cash on delivery costs (5 euros) will never be refunded, not even in the case of a return.
Refund Methods
- For customers who paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer , we ask you to provide your IBAN when opening the return, so that we can proceed with the refund via bank transfer .
- Alternatively, you can receive a voucher of equal value, to spend on our website, with no expiry date.
- If you have used other instant payment methods such as Debit/Credit Cards, Paypal, Scalapay, Klarna we will reverse the transaction with the same payment method.
Product Change
- If you wish to exchange the product for another, the exchange fee is 10 euros . Any price differences between the returned product and the new product must be paid. If the new product has a higher cost, the balance can be paid upon delivery.
- Exchange costs do not include any additional costs for the new product, which must be paid before shipment.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to provide any reason.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must communicate his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). For this purpose, it is possible to use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
The withdrawal communication must be sent to the following address info@otticariccio.it or via the Contact form on the website. Alternatively, it can also be sent via the account created on the website, by logging in, selecting the order, products and reason.

Effects of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal, the consumer is required to return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 30 days from the date on which he communicated the withdrawal. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise indicated.
The refund of the amount paid will take place within 5 days from the date on which the seller receives the notice of withdrawal, but the refund may be suspended until the returned goods have been received or until the consumer has provided proof of shipment.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- The supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene if opened after delivery.
- The supply of tailor-made or personalized goods.
- The supply of sealed audio or video recordings, or sealed computer software, which have been unsealed after delivery.
