Payment must be made through the payment methods available on our site, such as Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, bank transfer, Scalapay, Klarna, or cash on delivery.
The cash on delivery fee, if chosen, is 7 euros and will not be refunded in case of return.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 24/48 business hours from payment processing.
Shipping is carried out through selected couriers, and shipping costs vary based on the destination and chosen methods.
We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier.

6. Return and Refund Policies

In summary, returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date, and refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, but we offer a prepaid label for 7 euros. The cash on delivery fee will not be refunded.

If you wish to exchange the product, you can do so by paying a fee of 10 euros for the exchange. Any price differences between products will be charged or refunded depending on the value of the new item.
