Shipping Times and Costs

Here you will find all the information related to our shipping policies, costs, and delivery times. If you have any questions or doubts, our Customer Service is at your disposal.

1. Countries we ship to

We ship with the couriers GLS, SDA, UPS, and DHL.
Ottica Riccio ships throughout Italy (mainland and islands), with the exception of Livigno, free zones, and Vatican.

2. Shipping Costs Italy (Mainland and Islands)

  • Standard Shipping (2/3 working days):

    • Free for orders over € 50.00.
    • € 5.90 for orders under € 50.00.
  • Express Shipping (1/2 working days):

    • Fixed cost of € 9.90 for any amount or product.

3. Europe Shipping (excluding Italy, Switzerland, and Cyprus)

  • Standard Shipping (3/5 working days):

    • € 9.99 for orders up to € 150.00.
    • € 4.99 for orders over € 150.00.
  • Shipping for Switzerland and Cyprus:

    • € 39.90 for orders of any amount.
    • Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Shipping for the United States:

    • € 45.00 for orders of any amount.
    • Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer

Note well:

Any charges and customs duties are always the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

4. Order receipt time

Once the availability of the ordered products is confirmed, your order is handed over to the courier within 24/48 hours. The indicated delivery times refer to shipments made on the mainland and islands.

5. Delivery hours of the product(s)

The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. It is not possible to request deliveries in specific time slots or by prior phone contact.
You will receive updates on the status of your shipment via email or SMS.

6. No one is present to receive the courier at the time of delivery

If no one is present to receive the package at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of passage. Subsequently, the courier will contact the Ottica Riccio staff to inform us that the package is held at the courier's depot.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to courier strikes, incorrect addresses, or absent recipients.

Please note that shipments may be delayed during holiday periods. Ottica Riccio will arrange for the package to be redelivered.

7. Days when shipments are not made

The express courier does not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Furthermore, it does not ship on the following dates, which may cause delays in the expected delivery times:
