Have you changed your mind or is the product not what you expected?

We are here to help! You can return your purchases within 30 days from the delivery date without any problem.

How our return process works:

  1. Check the requirements
    Make sure that the product was purchased on our Ottica Riccio website and that no more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date .

  2. Start the return process online
    We've simplified the process with our Self Service returns system.

    Access the “Returns and Refunds” section directly from your customer account.

  3. Select the items to return
    During the process, select the products you wish to return. We will ask you to provide the reason for the return to help us improve the service. Don't worry, it is not mandatory.

  4. Pack the product
    Prepare the product for return, using the original packaging (if available). Make sure the item is in like-new condition and has not been used. Glasses, in particular, must be returned with intact lenses and no signs of wear.

  5. Print the return label
    After completing the online process, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Print the label and attach it to the package you are returning.

  6. Return to the article
    You can return the item via the indicated carrier or the nearest collection point. Follow the instructions to send the package to our return center.

  7. Get your refund or exchange
    Once the product has been returned to us and verified, you will receive a full refund or exchange for the desired product, based on your choice.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date .
  • The product must be unused, undamaged and complete with all its parts (including the original packaging).
  • We do not accept returns on items that have been customized or modified at the customer's request.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I return a product even without the original packaging?
No, the original packaging must be returned with the product and all the accessories received (certificates, microfiber, warranty and more...). However, if you do not have it, we ask you to inform our customer service by sending an email to info@otticariccio.it.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email and process your refund. This process usually takes up to 3-5 business days.

Can I request an exchange instead of a refund?
Yes, you can request an exchange. During the return process, you can choose whether you prefer a refund or a replacement product, based on availability.
