How our return process works:

Check the requirements
Make sure the product was purchased on our Ottica Riccio website and that no more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date. -
Start the online return process
We have simplified the process thanks to our Self Service returns system.To begin the return procedure, log in to your customer account by clicking the link below:
Access the “Returns and Refunds” section directly from your customer account.

Select the items to return
During the procedure, select the products you wish to return. We will ask you to provide the reason for the return to help us improve our service. -
Pack the product
Prepare the product for return, using the original packaging (if available). Make sure the item is in like-new condition and has not been used. Glasses, in particular, must be returned with intact lenses and without signs of wear. -
Print the return label
After completing the online procedure, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Print the label and attach it to the package you are returning. -
Return the item
You can return the item via the indicated courier, who will pick it up at your home the day after receiving the return label. Follow the instructions to send the package to our returns center. -
Receive your refund or exchange
Once the product has been returned and verified, you will receive a full refund or an exchange with the desired product, according to your choice.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all its parts (including the original packaging).
- We do not accept returns for items that have been personalized or modified at the customer's request.

For consumer protection and proper product management:

It is not possible to make a return or exchange for products belonging to the electronics and IT category once they have been opened or used,
unless the product is defective or not compliant with what is stated on our website.
In case of a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt to activate the verification procedure.

Can I return a product without the original packaging?
No, the original packaging must be returned along with the product and all received accessories (certificates, microfiber cloth, warranty, and others...). However, if you do not have it, please inform our support service by sending an email to info@otticariccio.it.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you by email and proceed with the refund. The process usually takes up to 3-5 business days.
Can I request an exchange instead of a refund?
Yes, it is possible to request an exchange. During the return process, you can choose whether you prefer a refund or a replacement product, depending on availability.
