1. Purchase and Orders

How can I place an order on Ottica Riccio?

To place an order on Ottica Riccio, simply browse our website, select the product you wish to purchase, choose the size or variant, and add it to the cart. Once you have finished shopping, you can proceed to checkout by entering the shipping details and selecting your preferred payment method. You can pay with PayPal, credit/debit card, bank transfer, Scalapay, Klarna, and cash on delivery.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we can no longer modify or cancel it. However, if you wish to make a change (for example, change the shipping address), contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to make the requested changes. Otherwise, we invite you to proceed with a return once you have received the product.

How can I use the discount code "Extra5"?

By entering the code Extra5 at checkout you will get 5 euros discount for orders over 100 euros. The code cannot be combined with other promotions and is valid for one purchase only.

Are there any restrictions on the use of discount codes?

Yes, discount codes may be subject to restrictions, such as a minimum order value, limited validity period, single use per customer, or exclusion of certain products or promotions. We recommend always checking the terms indicated along with the code.

2. Shipping

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method. For standard shipments, delivery times are generally between 2 and 3 working days for the peninsula and between 3 and 5 days for the islands. Express shipping guarantees delivery within 1-2 working days. For international shipments, delivery times vary between 3 and 7 working days, depending on the destination country.

How can I track my order?

After making a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the package tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the shipping status directly on the courier's website (GLS, DHL, UPS, etc.).

Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

If you wish to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address. If the order is already in transit, we invite you to contact the courier directly to try to make a change.

3. Payments and Billing

What payment methods are accepted on Ottica Riccio?

At Ottica Riccio we accept various payment methods, including PayPal, Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, also PostePay), Bank transfer, Cash on delivery (available only for orders in Italy), Scalapay, Klarna, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Choose the method you prefer during checkout.

When will the amount of my order be charged?

The order amount will be charged at the time of purchase, except if you choose to pay with Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer, in which case the payment will be made upon receipt of the product or after completing the transfer.

Can I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, if you want an invoice, you can request it during the purchase process. You will be asked to provide billing information (including the tax code or VAT number) before completing the order. The invoice will be sent to you by email after the order has been processed.

4. Returns and Refunds

How can I return a product?

You can return a product within 30 days from the delivery date. The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with all original tags intact and without signs of wear. To start the return, follow the Self Service procedure by logging into your account or contact our customer service, which will provide you with a prepaid return label at the cost of 7 euros.

Can I return a product purchased on sale?

Yes, even sale products can be returned, provided they are in the same condition as when received (unused, with intact tags).

When will I receive my refund?

The refund will be made within 3-5 working days from the receipt of the returned product. Shipping costs (if paid at the time of order), including the 7 euros for the return label, are non-refundable.

5. Products and Availability

How can I know if a product is available?

If a product is available on our site, you will find it marked as "available" on the product page, and consequently, you will be able to add it to the cart. If the product is out of stock, we invite you to subscribe to our newsletter or contact us to find out if it will be available again.

What happens if the item I want to purchase is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you can subscribe to our waiting list or contact us to check if a new arrival is expected. We will do our best to restock the product as soon as possible.

8. Gift Card

How does the Gift Card work?

The gift card is a digital voucher purchasable online and usable exclusively on our website. After purchase, you will receive a unique code via email to use at the time of payment.

Can I send it as a gift to someone?

Yes! During the purchase, you can click the “I want to send it as a gift” button to give the gift card to another person.

You will be able to:

  • Enter the recipient's email
  • Add a personalized message
  • Schedule the sending date

The gift card will be sent automatically via email on the chosen date, with your message included. A simple, elegant, and immediate gift!

Where can I use it?

The gift card is valid only for online purchases on our official website. It cannot be used in-store or on other channels.

How is it used during an order?

During checkout, enter the gift card code in the dedicated field ("Gift Card" or "Discount Code"). The amount will be automatically deducted from the order total.

Can I use it multiple times?

Yes. If the order value is less than the available balance, the remaining credit will remain available for future purchases.

Does it have an expiration date?

No. The gift card does not expire and the credit remains available until it is fully used.
