Shipments
Ottica Riccio ships throughout Italy (except Livigno, duty-free zones, and Vatican City) and to some foreign countries, using GLS, SDA, UPS, and DHL couriers.
Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €50, with paid Standard (2-3 business days) and Express (1-2 days) options.
Shipping to Europe and to Switzerland, Cyprus, and the United States has variable costs, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility. Orders are handed over to couriers within 48 hours, and deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier leaves a notice and holds the package at the depot. Shipments do not occur on holidays or weekends. Eyewear Care
Avoid rubbing the lenses when dry, as dust and dirt on the surface could scratch them. Before cleaning, rinse them under a stream of lukewarm water and let them air dry whenever possible. For cleaning, use specific products and a soft cloth (stored inside the case).
Handle the glasses by the bridge and not by the temples to avoid accidentally bending them. Never wear them on your head.
If you notice the temples are misaligned, you can easily adjust them with small maneuvers.
When not wearing them, store your glasses in the case to protect them from dust, scratches, and accidental deformation. Always make sure to place them with the lenses facing upwards.
Avoid direct contact with splashes, cosmetics, or perfumes, which could damage the lens surface.

If it aligns with the outer corner of the eye, opt for a medium Size, from 48 to 51.
If it does not reach the outer corner and falls inside the eye, a large Size, from 52 upwards, is ideal.
How to find the Size:

Place the long side of the card at the center of your nose, align the short side with your eye, and look at yourself in the mirror.

We ship with GLS, TNT, SDA, UPS, and DHL couriers throughout Italy (mainland and islands), excluding Livigno, free zones, and Vatican City.
2. Shipping Costs Italy
- Standard Shipping (2/3 working days):
Free for orders over €50.00. €5.90 for orders under €50.00. - Express Shipping (1/2 working days):
€9.90 for any amount.
3. Shipping Europe and Abroad
- Europe (excluding Italy, Switzerland, and Cyprus):
€9.99 for orders up to €150.00.
€4.99 for orders over €150.00. - Switzerland and Cyprus:
€39.90 for any amount, customs fees borne by the buyer. - United States:
€45.00, customs fees borne by the buyer.
4. Order receipt times
The order is shipped within 24/48 hours from product availability confirmation.
5. Delivery hours
Deliveries from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 19:00. Deliveries at specific times are not possible. Updates via email/SMS.
6. Absence at the time of delivery
If no one is available to receive the package, the courier leaves a notice and informs us of the storage. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or absent recipients.
7. Non-shipping days
The courier does not ship on weekends and on the following holidays:
January 1 and 6, Easter, April 25, May 1, June 2, Ferragosto, November 1, December 8, 24, 25, 26, and 31.
Return Terms
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
The product must be returned in the same condition it was received, meaning undamaged, unused, and with all original tags intact.
Return Shipping Costs
The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, but we can offer you a prepaid return label at a cost of 7 euros.
The return label will be provided by our customer service and must be used to send the product back.
Refund
The refund will be made within 3-5 business days from receipt of the returned product.
The cash on delivery fees (7 euros) will never be refunded, even in case of return.
Refund Methods
For customers who paid with Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer, we ask you to provide your IBAN when opening the return, so we can proceed with the refund via bank transfer.
Alternatively, you can receive a voucher of equal value, to be spent on our website, with no expiration date.
If you have used other instant payment methods such as debit/credit cards, Paypal, Scalapay, Klarna, we will reverse the transaction using the same payment method.
Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange the product for another, the exchange fee is 10 euros. Any price differences between the returned product and the new product must be settled. If the new product costs more, the balance can be paid upon delivery.
Exchange costs do not include any additional costs for the new product, which must be paid before shipping.

Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a warranty (almost always 2 years) provided by the manufacturer. The warranty is activated only in case of a structural defect of the product and not for accidental damage.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the item is in its original condition and has not been used. The same applies to exchanges.
