A credit card or a piece of cardboard
If the edge of the card goes beyond the outer corner of the eye, choose a small glasses Size, no larger than 47.
If it aligns with the outer corner of the eye, opt for a medium Size, from 48 to 51.
If it does not reach the outer corner and falls inside the eye, a large Size, from 52 and up, is ideal.
How to find the Size:
Place the long side of the card on the center of your nose, align the short side with your eye, and look in the mirror.

To know: the Size number (e.g., 56/18/140, the first measurement from the left before the /) corresponds to the lens width, also called the caliber, which is always measured in millimeters.
