Eyewear Care

Avoid rubbing the lenses when they are dry, as dust and dirt on the surface could scratch them. Before cleaning, rinse them under a stream of lukewarm water and let them air dry whenever possible. For cleaning, use specific products and a soft cloth (stored inside the case).

Handle the glasses by the bridge, not the temples, to avoid accidentally bending them. Never wear them on your head.

If you notice the temples are misaligned, you can easily adjust them with small movements.

When not wearing them, store the glasses in the case to protect them from dust, scratches, and accidental deformation. Always place them with the lenses facing upward.

Avoid direct contact with splashes, cosmetics, or perfumes, as these could damage the lens surface.

Shipping

We ship worldwide with express couriers (GLS, SDA, UPS, DHL). Orders are processed within 48 hours and delivered Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Free for orders over €50.00.
€5.90 for orders up to €50.00.

Express Option (1–2 days): €9.90 for any order value.
Service unavailable for Livigno, free-trade zones, and Vatican City.

International Shipping (3–5 business days):

Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium:

€9.99 for orders up to €200.00, €4.99 for orders over €200.00.

Rest of Europe: flat rate of €9.99.
Switzerland and Cyprus: €49.90.
United States: €45.00.

Any customs duties and fees for non-EU countries are entirely payable by the recipient.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery by logging in with the email used during the order:

The product must be unused, intact, and complete with the original packaging and accessories.

With easy returns, you will receive a prepaid label: you can drop off the package at a Poste Italiane location or request home pickup.

Costs:
Return: €7.00 deducted from the refund.
Exchange: €10.00. We collect, inspect, and then ship the new product.

We do not accept returns of personalized items. For opened or used electronic/computer products, returns are only possible in case of defect or non-compliance.

4. Order Processing Times
The order is shipped within 24–48 hours after product availability has been confirmed.

5. Delivery Times
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Delivery at specific times is not possible. Updates are provided via email/SMS.

6. Absence at the Time of Delivery
If no one is available to receive the package, the courier leaves a notice and informs us that the package is being held. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or absent recipients.

7. Non-Shipping Days
The courier does not ship on weekends or on the following public holidays:
January 1 and 6, Easter, April 25, May 1, June 2, Ferragosto, November 1, and December 8, 24, 25, 26 and 31.

Return Terms

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

The product must be returned in the same condition as received, meaning undamaged, unused, and with all original tags intact.

Return Shipping Costs

The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, but we can offer you a prepaid return label for a fee of 7 euros.

The return label will be provided by our customer service and must be used to send the product back.

Refund

The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days from receipt of the returned product.

Cash on delivery fees (7 euros) will never be refunded, even in case of return.

Refund Methods

For customers who paid with Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer, please provide your IBAN when initiating the return so we can process the refund via bank transfer.

Alternatively, you can receive a voucher of equal value to spend on our website, with no expiration date.

If you used other instant payment methods such as debit/credit cards, Paypal, Scalapay, Klarna, the transaction will be reversed using the same payment method.

Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange the product for another, the exchange fee is 10 euros. Any price difference between the returned product and the new product must be settled. If the new product costs more, the balance can be paid upon delivery.

Exchange fees do not include any additional costs for the new product, which must be paid before shipping.
